Sources close to the couple spilled the beans, revealing that the dream house will cost a whopping ?250 crores once completed, making it one of the most expensive properties in Mumbai, rivaling the likes of Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. What’s more, Ranbir’s immense love for his daughter has prompted him to bestow this grand estate in her name, solidifying her status as Bollywood’s little princess.
But that’s not all! Alongside the magnificent bungalow, Ranbir and Alia also own four luxurious flats in Bandra, with a combined worth exceeding ?60 crores. And with Neetu Kapoor set to co-own the bungalow, thanks to late actor Rishi Kapoor’s wise estate planning, the entire Kapoor clan is gearing up to move under one roof once the mansion is ready.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated projects, Ramayana and Animal Park, while Alia Bhatt is set to dazzle audiences with her upcoming film, Jigra.
