While the internet is still collectively recovering from the nuclear blast that was the War 2 teaser – starring the Greek God Hrithik Roshan, the dynamite Jr NTR, and glam goddess Kiara Advani – one man decided to stir the pot for all the wrong reasons. Enter: Ram Gopal Varma. Let’s just say, the internet was not impressed.
Ram Gopal Varma Makes A Cheap Comment?
Just when we were vibing with the high-octane teaser of War 2, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma decided to crash the party with a tweet that was tasteless, tacky, and totally uncalled for. Sharing a still of Kiara rocking a bikini like the queen she is, RGV added a comment so crude it could make a rock blush. The post got torched by netizens and then quietly deleted by the man himself. Classic case of “post and regret.”
His now-deleted post read, “Instead of our countries and societies, if the war between Hrithik and Jr NTR is on who gets her b**k, then 2 will be a b**buster,”
RGV tried to get cheeky with a one-liner about Hrithik and Jr NTR battling it out for Kiara’s attention. But Twitter came down harder than Kabir’s punches. People were furious and rightfully so. “This is what he says publicly, imagine what’s private,” wrote one user. Another straight-up called him a “creepazoid.”
Meanwhile, Kiara Advani is serving main character energy and couldn’t care less about the noise. Taking to Instagram Stories, she shared her excitement over War 2, listing all her “firsts” – first YRF project, first action film, first bikini shot and first time working with Ayan Mukerji. Basically, she’s out here collecting milestones while others are busy trolling from their couches.

Mark your calendars because August 14 is going to be lit! War 2 brings Hrithik Roshan back as the brooding Kabir, this time locking horns with Jr NTR, whose character remains a mystery. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this pan-India spy thriller is dropping in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil – so no one’s missing out on the action.
