Pop-Up Garden Dubai: Winter Open-Air Social Hub Launching in Emirates Hills

Dubai residents are set to enjoy a new open-air garden experience at Address Montgomerie — a limited-time pop-up before The Hills officially opens next spring.

Dubai’s leafy enclave of Emirates Hills is about to come alive this winter with a brand-new community pop-up called The Garden Project. Solutions Group (behind Dubai venues like Ula and The 305) produces the experience set at Address Montgomerie.

The space once known as Phileas Fogg’s is being reimagined into The Hills, a next-generation lifestyle venue opening in spring 2026. But before that, the area will transform into a vibrant winter escape, perfect for those who love casual open-air dining, socialising, and weekend family hangouts.

What to expect at The Garden Project

Pop-Up Garden Dubai

The pop-up garden Dubai residents are buzzing about promises an all-day, all-ages atmosphere. By day, expect a laid-back lawn setup with food trucks, picnic tables and shaded seating. Families can enjoy the open space while kids explore dedicated play areas and lawn games.

As evening rolls in, the vibe shifts. The relaxed picnic zone becomes a lively social spot, with bar service, acoustic sets and casual community events under the stars. Think easygoing evenings, good food, great music, and plenty of space to unwind.

According to Paul Evans, CEO of Solutions Group, the aim is simple — to create a space where connection and community come first. The concept celebrates Dubai’s outdoor season by offering a fun, free-flowing garden setting without the formality of a typical restaurant or resort.

Designed for Dubai’s perfect season

This project perfectly captures Dubai’s winter months, which are made for being outside. Instead of heading to the beach or mall, residents now have a neighbourhood spot to gather, dine, and relax on the grass.

Set against the backdrop of Address Montgomerie’s lush fairways, the pop-up brings together the best of both worlds: a sense of luxury from its surroundings and a laid-back charm that makes it feel approachable.

Sneak peek at The Hills opening in 2026

The pop-up is only the beginning. When it officially opens next year, The Hills will redefine what a modern country club looks like. The new venue will feature a sports bar, a stylish restaurant, outdoor terraces, event lawns, an arcade and family-friendly zones — all centred around a contemporary glasshouse event space.

It’s a fresh take on community leisure, merging the warmth of a neighbourhood hub with the flair of Dubai’s upscale dining scene. The Garden Project serves as a teaser — offering residents a glimpse of what’s coming while keeping the space lively through the winter.

locals will love it

Everything about the concept feels made for Dubai’s community spirit. It’s unpretentious, family-friendly, and has that weekend-escape vibe without leaving the city. The mix of food trucks, music, open lawns and bar service gives it a festival-like energy while staying casual enough for everyday visits.

And because it’s located in Emirates Hills — a prime but peaceful part of the city — it offers something many outdoor venues don’t: breathing space. With plenty of lawn seating, relaxed service and a neighbourhood feel, it’s set to become a go-to spot for residents nearby and visitors looking for a new outdoor favourite.
