The gripping trailer, helmed by debut director Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon, takes us to the eerie hill town of Devipur, where nothing is as it seems. Kajol’s character, Inspector Vidya Jyothi, is on a mission to crack a spine-tingling case that’s entangled with Saumya (Kriti Sanon) and her husband, Dhruv Sood (played by Shaheer Sheikh, making his big Bollywood debut). Just when you think you’ve got it all figured out, Saumya’s mysterious twin sister Shailee walks in, turning the whole investigation on its head.
Kriti Sanon, who’s clearly got her hands full on and off-screen, shared her excitement about the project, and we can feel the passion! “Do Patti is my baby,” she gushed. “It’s not just my first film as a producer, but also a chance to dive deep into the duality of my characters.
