Dubai never disappoints when it comes to unique experiences, and now, it’s pushing the envelope with ice cream too. Noon Minutes, the masterminds behind viral food trends, have unveiled 20 brand-new ice cream flavours at their Dubai Mall pop-up. These creations aren’t your regular sweet treats; they range from savoury snacks to completely unexpected flavours.
Starting on October 15, this pop-up promises a flavour experience like no other. Here’s what’s on offer.
Ice Cream Flavours that Push Boundaries
The selection includes some nostalgic local favourites and international surprises, but the headline-grabber is undoubtedly The Big Daddy viral Kunafa chocolate ice cream. This decadent blend mixes kunafa, a beloved Middle Eastern dessert, with a rich chocolate base. But that’s just the start. You’ll find Chips Oman, the spicy potato chips that are a staple in Dubai, reimagined as ice cream. Other unusual offerings include Laban Up, a popular probiotic drink, and the adventurous biryani ice cream, which has everyone scratching their heads.
For those who like a dash of spice with their sweetness, there’s the Tajin mango sorbet—a refreshing take combining mango with chilli-lime seasoning. And yes, Heinz Tomato Ketchup ice cream is also on the menu if you’re feeling brave.

Where to Get It and What to Expect
Noon Minutes’ ice cream pop-up is set up in front of the ice rink at Dubai Mall, and it runs from 10 am to midnight daily. If you can’t make it to the mall, the entire collection will be available for delivery across the UAE via the Noon Minutes app starting October 21. With delivery times as quick as 15 minutes in Dubai, you can enjoy these unique treats without leaving your home.
Prices are reasonable too: Dhs13 for a single scoop, Dhs21 for two scoops, and Dhs27 for three scoops. Add a cone for just Dhs2 extra if you like.
Promotions and Fun Extras
The pop-up also promises some interactive fun. Visitors can take part in blind taste tests for a chance to win cool merchandise. Plus, there’s a 40% discount and free delivery for orders placed through Noon. It’s a great way to dive into these unique flavours and see which one becomes your favourite.
With toppings like Lay’s salted chips, crushed Chips Oman, and Tajin spice, you’ll be able to customize your scoops and really dive into the weird and wonderful.
What Makes This Different?
Noon Minutes isn’t just offering ice cream—they’re offering a cultural experience. Flavours like Rainbow condensed milk, a key ingredient in local Karak Chai, and Little Hearts biscuits, beloved by many, tap into the local love for nostalgia. This mix of familiar and unexpected is what makes the Noon Ice Cream Project stand out. It’s a perfect reflection of Dubai’s bold and adventurous food scene.
For people who are fans of Rubicon mango juice, Bonne Maman strawberry preserve, or even something as odd as olive oil ice cream (yes, Dua Lipa swears by it), there’s a flavour for everyone to explore.
