Foodies if you love dining out, Dubai has tons of dining options, and with the Michelin Guide 2023 announced for Dubai, you can now pick from a plethora of Michelin-star restaurants in Dubai. For its second edition, the Michelin Guide Dubai recognized three new 1 Michelin Star restaurants, one new 2 MICHELIN Stars restaurant and 17 Bib Gourmands. In total, 90 restaurants made it to the guide, an increase from 69 in 2022. Read on for all the deets.

Three Restaurants Got Two Michelin Stars
Trèsind Studio received two Michelin Stars after being awarded its first Michelin Star in 2022. Il Ristorante – Niko Romito and STAY by Yannick Alléno, both awarded two MICHELIN Stars in 2022, retain their distinction this year.
Total 3 New Restaurants Added To One Michelin Star List
Two newly awarded restaurants and one restaurant is promoted to one Michelin Star list. Avat?ra, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Moonrise are the new additions. Restaurants that retained their One Star are- 11 Woodfire, Al Muntaha, Armani Ristorante, Hakkasan, H?seki, Ossiano, Tasca by Jose Avillez and Torno Subito.
2 Newly Awarded Restaurants Receive A Michelin Green Star
Launched in 2020, the Michelin Green Star highlights those restaurants at the forefront of sustainable practices, offering gastronomic experiences while adopting an environmentally inspiring approach. This year, Boca and Teible bagged the Michelin Green Star, while Lowe retained its Michelin Green Star.
Three New Restaurants Added To Bib Gourmand List
3 Fils, 21 Grams and Aamara are the new additions to the list, and the ones retaining their position are- Al Khayma; Bait Maryam; Brasserie Boulud; Fi’Lia; Folly; Goldfish; Ibn Albahr; Indya by Vineet; Kinoya; Ninive; Orfali Bros; REIF Japanese Kushiyaki; Shabestan and Teible.
Four New Michelin Guide Special Awards Announced
Omkar Walve of Avat?ra bagged the Young Chef Award, Arturo Scamardella of Dinner By Heston Blumenthal received the Sommelier Award, La Mar by Gastón Acurio bagged the Service Award and Ariana’s Persian Kitchen led by chef Ariana Bundy won the Opening of the Year award.

21 Restaurants Joined The Michelin Selected List
99 Sushi, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, At.mosphere, Boca, Chic Nonna, City Social, Fouquet’s, French Riviera, Jaleo, Josette, Jun’s, L’Olivo at Al Mahara, La Mar, Mayabay, Milos, Mina Brasserie, Mott 32, Pierchic, RSVP, Ruya and Takahisa made it to the list.
Meanwhile, other restaurants retained their position, and they are Akira Back, Al Mandaloun, Al Fanar, Amazonico, Avli by Tashas, Bombay Bungalow, Carnival by Tresind, CÉ LA VI, Celebrities by Mauro Colagreco, Cipriani, Clap, Coya, Demon Duck by Alvin Leung, Gaia, Hashi, Hell’s Kitchen, Hutong, Il Borro, Indego by Vineet, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Little Miss India, LOWE, Marea, Masti, Mimi Kakushi, Nobu, Netsu, Pierre’s IT, Rhodes W1, Rockfish, Sea Fu, Shang Palace, Siraj, Sucre, Tan Cha, The Artisan, Tresind and Zuma.
