If January feels slow, Abu Dhabi has an answer. Miami Vibes has returned to Umm Al Emarat Park, bringing colour, comfort food and creative energy back to one of the capital’s most loved green spaces.
Now in its third edition, the pop-up runs from January 17 to January 26, turning the park into a pastel-toned, Miami-inspired hangout. Expect food stalls, fashion pop-ups, hands-on workshops and easygoing family fun — all set against the kind of winter weather UAE residents wait for all year.
Hosted during peak outdoor season, Miami Vibes feels less like a one-off event and more like a place to spend your evening, whether you’re dropping in after work or making a night of it with friends and family.
A Winter Pop-Up That Fits Abu Dhabi — And Dubai Weekends Too
Umm Al Emarat Park is no stranger to winter crowds. As Abu Dhabi’s largest urban park, it already draws families, joggers and weekend wanderers. Miami Vibes simply adds another reason to stay longer.
The layout is relaxed. No loud stages. No rush. Just open walkways, soft lighting and stalls that invite you to explore at your own pace. It’s the kind of setup Dubai residents will recognise — similar to winter pop-ups at Last Exit, Alserkal Avenue or Kite Beach, but with a distinctly Abu Dhabi feel.
For Dubai-based visitors, it’s also an easy weekend drive. Many residents already head to the capital for concerts, theme parks or food trips. Miami Vibes gives them another reason, without the pressure of a packed schedule.

33 Homegrown Emirati Brands, All in One Space
At its core, Miami Vibes champions local talent. This year’s edition features 33 homegrown Emirati brands, spanning food concepts, cafés and fashion pop-ups.
Food is the main draw, and the variety is hard to miss. From indulgent desserts and savoury comfort bites to specialty coffee and late-afternoon snacks, there’s something for every mood. Familiar names like Four Cheese, Not A Big Deal, Choco Fundoe, Yaz Brew Café, Brewtopia, Mr Ramen, Roots, Bloom Café, Luna Café and The Spectre Café anchor the line-up, alongside newer concepts worth discovering.
The appeal lies in the mix. You might start with coffee, wander into a fashion stall, grab dessert and still find something new around the corner. It’s casual dining at its best — no reservations, no rush.
This focus on Emirati-owned businesses also reflects a wider trend across the UAE, where pop-ups and markets have become launchpads for local brands.

Workshops, Games and Hands-On Experiences
Miami Vibes isn’t just about eating your way through the park. The event offers a solid line-up of interactive workshops and activities, making it easy to turn a visit into a full evening.
Creative sessions include the After 12 Cake Decoration Workshop, which attracts both adults and kids, and playful hands-on fun with Adventure Slime. For those interested in personal style, Shades Studio offers custom styling experiences that add a fashion-forward touch.
Families will find plenty to keep younger visitors busy. Adventure Star Bounce gives kids space to burn energy, while Chicken Runner introduces a fun, competitive element. Dessert lovers can head straight to Sugar Daddy Desserts, which caters to serious sweet cravings.
There’s also a Captured Photo themed booth, perfect for snapping keepsakes from the evening — a small detail that adds to the overall experience.
Part of Umm Al Emarat Park’s Busy Winter Line-Up
Miami Vibes blends seamlessly into Umm Al Emarat Park’s wider winter calendar, making it easy to plan more than one activity in a single visit.
The Park Market, held every Friday and Sunday from 4pm to 10pm, offers live entertainment and family-friendly experiences. Cinema at the Park continues on Fridays and Saturdays, while Cinematic Sundays, in collaboration with Image Nation, start at 6pm.
This layered programming turns the park into a full evening destination — something Social Kandura regularly highlights when covering UAE winter events and outdoor experiences.
Timings, Tickets and What to Know Before You Go
Miami Vibes runs daily from 4pm to 11pm between January 17 and January 26.
Entry tickets are available at the park gate:
- AED 10 for children up to 12
- AED 15 for adults
An additional AED 10 park entry fee applies.
Weekends are expected to be busier, especially after sunset, so arriving earlier can help you make the most of the experience.
Miami Vibes Works So Well
Miami Vibes doesn’t try too hard — and that’s exactly why it works. It’s relaxed, local and built around how people in the UAE actually enjoy winter evenings.
From things to do and local news to Travel, Bollywood, and the latest in food and lifestyle, we keep you plugged into what’s happening around you.
