Ajay Devgn and his son Yug are teaming up for the first time ever on the big screen! No, they’re not busting bad guys side by side (yet), but they are lending their powerful voices to the upcoming action fest Karate Kid: Legends. We’re already giving them a black belt in voiceover goals.
Father-Son Ajay Devgn & Yug Devgan Duo Packs a Punch With Their voice
Get ready to hear that intense Ajay Devgn tone and Yug’s debut charm bring characters to life in the Hindi version of Karate Kid: Legends. It’s all happening this May 30, and this is one power-packed collab that’s been years in the making. While Ajay voices the wise Mr. Han (played by none other than Jackie Chan), Yug steps in as Li Fong, Jackie’s on-screen nephew. Cutest dojo duo? Confirmed.
In a sit-down that felt like an action crossover waiting to happen, Ajay and Yug caught up with Jackie Chan and his co-star Ben Wang. What followed was a mix of wholesome dad vibes, martial arts nostalgia, and big dreams for Bollywood crossovers. Jackie and Ajay literally gave us legends only energy while reminiscing about their mentors. Jackie did call Bollywood dance goals.
Chan didn’t hold back his love for Indian cinema, especially the dancing. He said, “Every time I watch a Bollywood film, I am surprised because everybody in Bollywood knows how to dance. The choreography is so good. The rhythm, the look. I told the director (Kung Fu Yoga) that one day I will do just the dance sequence.” Someone please make this man’s dream come true – we’re dying to see him shake a leg with Tiger Shroff or Hrithik Roshan.
Back in the day, stunts meant blood, bruises, and zero cables. Ajay Devgn, who basically defines action in Bollywood, gave us a little reality check. Graphics may have taken over now, but he believes one thing hasn’t changed, hard work.
Yug may be new to the spotlight, but the little man already knows how to win hearts. During the interview, he sweetly declared that his Mr. Miyagi in life is none other than papa Ajay. Looks like we’ve got a future star brewing, and we’re absolutely here for it.

Karate, Kicks & Kamal Ka Crossover?
Between Bollywood dreams and high-flying kicks, Jackie and Ajay hinted at something we’d die to see – a future Bollywood x Jackie Chan crossover. And if you’re not already screaming at your screen, are you even a movie buff? Let’s manifest that madness, shall we?
With Karate Kid: Legends hitting theatres in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, there’s no excuse to miss this cinematic cocktail of culture, action, and heart.
