The latest to join this unsettling list are Kapil Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Remo D’Souza, and Sugandha Mishra, who have reportedly received death threats via email from Pakistan. It’s like Bollywood is now living its own high-stakes thriller!
Kapil Sharma, Rajpal Yadav & Other receive death threats
Comedian Kapil Sharma, along with Sugandha Mishra, Rajpal Yadav, and ace choreographer Remo D’Souza, was sent shivers down their spine with a sinister email. According to reports by Free Press Journal, a sender going by the name of “Vishnu” claimed to have been monitoring their every move. The email read: “We are watching your recent actions closely. We believe it is necessary to bring a sensitive matter to your attention. This is not a public stunt or an attempt to harass you. We request that you take this message seriously and maintain confidentiality.”
Complaint Filed, Investigation Begins
The stakes couldn’t be higher as Rajpal Yadav’s wife wasted no time lodging a formal complaint with the Amboli Police. As per news agency IANS, the case has been registered under Section 351(3) of the BNS. Meanwhile, both Remo and Sugandha have also stepped forward with their own complaints.

In an audio statement to the news agency IANS, Rajpal Yadav said, “It’s not my job to talk about this incident when I don’t know anything about it.” He further explained that he had informed the authorities and had refrained from discussing the issue further. Quoted by the Free Press Journal, Rajpal added, “Whatever needs to be said about this matter, the agencies are capable of providing the information. I have shared the details I was aware of.”
He continued, “I am an actor, and in acting, I try to entertain people of all ages, young and old, through my work. I don’t want to say anything more than this.”
