Ranveer Allahbadia, aka BeerBiceps has become the face of controversy. This time he has landed in some serious legal trouble. The Supreme Court of India didn’t hold back as they called out his shocking remarks on the show India’s Got Latent, hosted by Samay Raina. The judges were NOT amused.

When Ranveer Allahbadia’s jaw-dropping ‘parental s*x’ remark went viral, it didn’t take long for the Supreme Court to step in. The court slammed him with a scathing statement, saying: “Such behaviour has to be condemned. Just because you are popular, you cannot take society for granted. Is there anyone on earth who would like this language? There is something very dirty in his mind which has been vomited. Why should we protect him,” the court said, according to Bar and Bench.
The bench, led by Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh, made it crystal clear – popularity doesn’t give anyone a free pass to cross moral and social boundaries.
Legal Drama: Ranveer Fights Back, Seeks Relief From Arrest?
With FIRs piling up faster than a trending scandal, Allahbadia wasn’t about to sit back and take the heat. His legal team, led by Abhinav Chandrachud, the son of former CJI Chandrachud, petitioned the court for relief from arrest.
They argued for clubbed FIRs and legal protection, dragging the Central Government, Maharashtra, and Assam into the case as well. But SC wasn’t about to let him off easy.
SC Grants Protection But With MAJOR Conditions
While Ranveer did score a temporary relief from arrest, the Supreme Court laid down some serious restrictions:
- No more YouTube content for now – SC banned him from posting anything new.
- Deposit that passport! – Ranveer has been ordered to hand over his passport to Thane Police to prevent any mystery ‘international trips’.
- Restricted movement – He can’t leave the country without prior permission from the court.
Justice Kant made his disgust loud and clear: “The words you have chosen would make parents ashamed, sisters ashamed, and the entire society will feel ashamed,” Justice Kant said, as reported by Live Law. “You and your henchmen have exhibited perversion! We have a judicial system, bound by the rule of law. If there are threats, the law will take its course.”
