Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s munchkins, Taimur and Jeh, are practically Bollywood’s youngest superstars without ever delivering a dialogue. Paparazzi trail these tiny tots like they’re the new-age sensation. But turns out, big bro Ibrahim Ali Khan isn’t vibing with all the flashlights around his baby brothers. He’s opens about how fame has found its way into cribs and playrooms!
Ibrahim Ali Khan Turns Into A Protective Big Brother
In a recent heart-to-heart with Filmfare, Ibrahim gave us a peek into what it’s like watching his little bros grow up in a world where stepping outside equals a full-blown photo-op. The young actor admitted, “So, I see Jehangir and Taimur. And a part of me does feel bad for them. Taimur, who’s just turning eight years old, is trying to leave the house and he’s getting clicked by the media. And Jeh, who’s just four-five years old, he’s also getting clicked. And when they’re at home, they’re playing on their iPhones and iPads at the age of eight and four. These things weren’t there when we were growing up.”

Back in his day, Ibrahim played on actual playgrounds, not virtual ones. He lived life without filters and we mean both Instagram ones and the metaphorical kind.
He added, “I think I belong to the last generation who had a normal childhood. We got saved because in my childhood, we didn’t have smartphones, smart TV, OTT, iPhones or iPads. The paparazzi doesn’t even let these kids breathe. It was only after I turned 18, that I faced the paparazzi. I am so grateful that I got to have a normal childhood.”
A quick recap into Saif Ali Khan & Kareena Kapoor’s Life
Quick recap for the uninitiated: Saif Ali Khan first tied the knot with Amrita Singh when he was just 21. That marriage brought us Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim, before calling it quits 13 years later. Enter Bebo in 2012, and the royal Bollywood fam expanded with little Taimur and Jeh completing the Khan-daan.
While the marriages made headlines, it’s the next-gen stars who’re stealing the spotlight these days… even if they don’t know why yet.
What’s next for Ibrahim?
Ibrahim isn’t just chilling in the background. He’s revving up for his big screen moment in Sarzameen, a film directed by Kayoze Irani. He’s joined by the fabulous Kajol, the ever-versatile Prithviraj Sukumaran, and more talents.
