Global Village To Come Back For Its 28th Season On October 18th
The region’s leading multicultural family destination for entertainment, dining, shopping and attractions, will open early this year on 18 October 2023. The attraction will open a week earlier for its 28th season, offering visitors an additional week of fun and experiences. We cannot wait to see what the new season brings for us. The 27th season of Global Village welcomed more than 9 million guests, making it the highest-ever visitor number.
Recently, Fernando Eiroa, CEO of Dubai Holding Entertainment, spoke about Global Village in an interview with Khaleej Times and confirmed that a budget-friendly family attraction is an example of what the world should be. It represents diversity by offering different cultures, different people, and different countries living together and sharing their experiences, culture and food. And this year, the attractions and shows will focus more on that, and visitors will see some new attractions around the same concept.

In fact, for its 27th season, Global Village had 40,000 performances by 400 artists from over 40 different nationalities, and with each passing year, we can only expect bigger and better experiences at Global Village. Guests enjoyed over 175 rides and attractions and 77 unique fireworks displays. The Carnaval Zone, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not!, and Snowfest Ice Rink were a huge hit, and so was the House of Fear attraction.
