Dubai’s Emirates Hills has what couold be the city’s first ever two-storey swimming pool. The lavish villa, listed By Leigh Borg of Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty for $95 million (AED 349 million), was designed by award-winning design firm XBD Interiors. This is in fact, one of the most expensive homes to ever come to market in Dubai.
Moving over to the specifics, the villa sprawls over 40,000 square feet of space, and has 10 bedrooms, and 13 bathrooms spread across four spacious floors. Need more? The custom villa was constructed using rare materials that were sourced from all over the world. The building’s exterior has a decorative mashrabiya facade, a type of latticework used primarily in Arab nations to fend off the region’s extreme heat and direct sunlight. It lets a lot of light, soft shadows, and air flow into the house. For additional drama and views, some of the house’s sides have floor to ceiling glass windows.

But, what grabs eyeballs is the world-class amenities that come with the villa. Firstly, the home gym is similar to a regular gym in terms of the sheer size alone. The wall-to-ceiling window offers uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline while you workout.
The breath-taking part however has to be the two-storey pool that is stacked on top of one another. Besides, there’s also a Jacuzzi, pool deck, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, dining area, a stepped garden, outdoor showers, steam room and sauna, massage room, home theater, wine cellar, bar, staff’s quarters, a kids’ salt chlorine pool, a library, and a music room- literally screaming luxury from all corners. The best part? The ground level connects to the pool and outdoor pavilion via a 38-foot suspended glass bridge.
