UAE residents will get a “unique opportunity” to live in the heart of Expo 2020 Dubai’s “proud legacy city.” Aiming to become a smart and sustainable city- the Expo city will be car-free, have a 10km bike track, a 5km running track, and more. Residents will also have all the experiences and attractions at their doorsteps, making it THE destination for everything.

It will host restaurants, entertainment and retail venues, children’s playgrounds and 45,000 sqm of parks and gardens. Expo City will also become the largest city in the world to be fully covered by a 5G-enabled network. And if you are all already impressed by the Expo city goals and wish to buy an apartment or villa here, then you must know that all the deets will be out soon. A sales centre at the Sustainability District is opening on March 15, and details will be out with the opening.
