The penthouse is at the under-development Marsa Al Arab Hotel and spans 24,628 square feet. Taieser Al Saati, Executive Partner at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, cracked this deal, making it the most expensive sale in Dubai till date. The living space of the penthouse has 17,000 square feet of outdoor area and offers a private pool with 360-degree ocean views of Dubai and the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
