Dubai Transport Services Back on Track After Weather Woes, check on routes before departure!

Bus, Taxi, Tram and Metro Services Resume!

Dubai’s transportation services are up and running again after a brief halt due to the city’s unpredictable weather. The Road and Transport Authority in Dubai has announced that buses, trams, taxis, and metros are back in action, ensuring smooth commutes for residents and visitors alike.

Metro Services Operating Smoothly

Metro services along both the Red and Green lines are operating as usual, allowing passengers to travel seamlessly between stations. On the Red Line, trains are running from Centrepoint Station to Business Bay Station and from Jabal Ali Station to Expo 2020 Station. Meanwhile, the Green Line is serving passengers from Etisalat station to Abu Hail and from Creek Station to Gold Souq Station.

Tram Services at Full Capacity

Tram services are running at full capacity, with all stations operating according to their regular schedules. The authorities have praised tram passengers for their cooperation during the recent adverse weather conditions, ensuring a smooth ride for everyone.

Bus and Taxi Services with Slight Delays

While bus and taxi services are back to their regular schedules, passengers may experience slight delays in arrival times. However, authorities are working hard to minimize disruptions and ensure that transportation services run as smoothly as possible.

Accessible Sheikh Zayed Road

Sheikh Zayed Road is now accessible in the direction of Abu Dhabi from the Dubai World Trade Centre Roundabout to Intersection 9, connecting Sheikh Zayed Road with Al Maktoum Airport St. Although there may be some delays due to water accumulation on the road, efforts are underway to address the issue and keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Marine Transportation Services Available

Marine transportation services are available during regular business hours, providing commuters with additional options for getting around the city.

Stay Informed and Stay Safe

Despite the resumption of transport services, authorities are urging residents to stay home unless absolutely necessary. For those who need to travel, digital services are available for swift transactions, and contact center agents can be reached through the Visual IVR feature.

Keeping Up with the Latest Updates

It’s essential for residents to stay updated on transportation and commuter services by following the latest news updates. The Road and Transport Authority’s prompt response and effective communication have been crucial in ensuring that public transportation services are back on track, providing commuters with essential mobility options in Dubai.
