Dubai’s hotels continue to impress, with an average occupancy rate of 77.4 percent in 2023. The city boasts 150,000 hotel rooms across 821 establishments, accommodating a record-breaking 41.70 million room nights by the end of December 2023.

Dubai’s appeal extends beyond its record-breaking tourism numbers. It was named the best city in the world for executive nomads, thanks to its sunny weather, safety, tax-free environment, delicious food, and stunning beaches.
