Palm Jumeirah Smart Police Station Temporarily Closed

The Palm Jumeirah Smart Police Station is temporarily closed from October 13–19, 2025. Here's how to access services during this period.

Dubai Police has announced the temporary closure of the Smart Police Station (SPS) located on Palm Jumeirah. The station will be closed from October 13 to October 19, 2025, for maintenance. During this period, the facility will not be operational, and residents are advised to utilize alternative methods to access police services.

What Is a Smart Police Station?

Smart Police Stations are part of Dubai’s initiative to modernize public services through technology. These fully automated stations allow residents and visitors to:

  • Report minor crimes and traffic incidents
  • Obtain police certificates
  • Access other essential services

All services are provided through digital kiosks and smart interfaces, eliminating the need for in-person assistance.

Accessing Services During the Closure

While the Palm Jumeirah SPS is closed, residents can continue to access police services through:

  • Other Smart Police Station locations across Dubai: These stations remain operational and offer the same services as the Palm Jumeirah SPS.
  • Dubai Police website and smart app: Residents can access a wide range of services online, including reporting incidents, obtaining certificates, and more.

Nearby Smart Police Station Locations

For those in the Palm Jumeirah area, consider visiting the following nearby Smart Police Station locations:

  • City Walk SPS: Located in the City Walk area, this station offers a full range of services.
  • La Mer SPS: Situated near the La Mer beachfront, this station provides convenient access to police services.
  • Dubai Silicon Oasis SPS: Located in the Dubai Silicon Oasis area, this station is easily accessible for residents in the vicinity.

The Future of Smart Policing in Dubai

Dubai Police continues to expand its network of Smart Police Stations to provide residents with convenient access to services. The recent addition of a fully automated 24/7 Smart Police Station at Dragon Mart exemplifies this commitment. This new station offers 45 services in seven languages, operating without human staff, and is part of Dubai’s broader vision to modernize public services and enhance convenience for residents.

While the Palm Jumeirah Smart Police Station is temporarily closed, Dubai’s extensive network of Smart Police Stations and digital platforms ensures that residents can continue to access essential services without disruption. Whether you’re reporting an incident, renewing a certificate, or handling other police-related tasks, the city’s smart infrastructure has you covered.
