In a major move, Sheikh Hamdan has allocated Dh40 billion for the ‘Dubai Portfolio for Public-Private Partnership’ for the years 2024-2026. This significant investment emphasizes Dubai’s commitment to boosting collaboration between the public and private sectors for economic growth and development.

The Crown Prince has also given the green light to the ‘Affordable Housing Policy,’ in line with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan.
