The burning question of when power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will welcome a bundle of joy has been circulating for quite some time now. This dynamic duo, oozing talent, power, and drop-dead good looks, has been basking in marital bliss for a solid five years. And guess what? If the latest buzz is to be believed, it seems like Deepika Padukone is reportedly expecting her first child with hubby Ranveer Singh.

According to a spicy report by The Week, Deepika might just be sporting a baby bump, and rumor has it she’s already cruising through her second trimester! Talk about exciting times ahead for the DeepVeer fam.

At the recent 77th BAFTA Awards, eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice Deepika’s strategic styling choice – a clever midriff cover-up that sent the rumor mill into overdrive! It seems like Deepika might be making some career moves too. Word on the street is that she’s bowed out of The White Lotus season 3, citing ‘personal reasons.’ Hmm, could baby planning be on the agenda? And let’s not forget her cryptic Fighter 2 banter.

For the uninitiated, when Deepika was asked about her upcoming projects, Siddharth Anand quipped, “Lotus 3… where’s no space? Lotus 3 is coming?” Deepika then responded saying, “If Siddharth Anand makes Fighter 2…,” and he replied, “Kaise karenge? Abhi Fighter 2 band kara di aapne, Lotus 3 kar kar rahi hain, pata nahi kya kar rahin hai… White Lotus 3.” Deepika then continued to laugh.

Speaking of future plans, Deepika spilled the beans earlier this year about her baby dreams with Ranveer. In an interview with Vogue Singapore, she gushed about their shared love for kiddos, teasing us with visions of a future DeepVeer squad!

On the work front, Deepika has Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, followed by Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again.
