At a recent private event in Mumbai, Deepika and Ranveer Singh introduced the paparazzi to their adorable baby girl, Dua. When a reporter slyly slipped in a question about Kalki 2, Deepika didn’t hold back. She sweetly but firmly declared, “I will raise my daughter myself, just the way my mom raised me.”
The actress also shared that she’s in no rush to dive back into the grind of filming. She made it crystal clear that her priority right now is Dua, and she’s not ready to hand over mom duties to a nanny anytime soon.
Deepika and Ranveer became proud parents on September 8, 2024, and they announced it with all the flair and feels. In November, the couple revealed their daughter’s name ‘Dua Padukone Singh’ and explained its deep significance. “Dua means ‘prayer,’ and she’s the answer to all of ours,” they shared in a heartwarming social media post.
