Ciel Dubai Marina to Open in November 2025 as the World’s Tallest Hotel

The record-breaking hotel in Dubai Marina will feature the world’s highest infinity pool, a sky lounge, and over 1,000 rooms with panoramic views.

Dubai will soon add another record to its skyline with the opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection. Rising to 377 metres, the tower will claim the title of the world’s tallest hotel when it opens in November 2025.

The property, managed by The First Group Hospitality under IHG Hotels & Resorts, will surpass the Gevora Hotel to set a new benchmark in global hospitality.

Rooms Above the Clouds

Ciel Dubai Marina will house 1,004 rooms across 82 floors, each designed to showcase sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the city skyline.

Room rates start at AED 2,400 per night for a deluxe suite for two guests, with premium three-bedroom suites priced from AED 4,305. Guests will also enjoy direct access to Dubai Marina’s retail, dining, and leisure destinations.

Eye-catching Attractions

Ciel is expected to secure more than one Guinness World Record. Among its standout features:

  • A rooftop infinity pool on level 76, set to become the highest in the world
  • A sky lounge on level 81, marking the highest club of its kind globally
  • A 360-degree glass observation deck, offering uninterrupted views of Dubai’s coastline and skyline

Elevated Dining Concepts

The tower will host a range of international and homegrown restaurants, making it a destination in its own right.

  • Tattu Dubai – Spanning three levels, the award-winning Asian concept will serve modern dishes in a dramatic setting, with the sky pool on level 76 and the sky lounge on level 81.
  • Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery – A homegrown brand, serving baked goods made with locally sourced ingredients alongside breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
  • West 13 – A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant featuring handmade pasta, mezze, and live stations offering gyros, tacos, and empanadas.
  • East 14 – A lively buffet restaurant presenting dishes from across East Asia, with live ramen and pho counters, sushi, dim sum, and traditional curries.

Wellness, Leisure, and Business

Guests will have access to a luxury spa on the 61st floor, designed as a sanctuary with transformative treatments and panoramic views. A state-of-the-art gym, open 24/7, will cater to wellness enthusiasts.

For business travellers, the Executive Lounge, Nest, located on the 16th floor, will provide flexible meeting spaces with cutting-edge technology and skyline backdrops.

Complimentary transfers will also be offered to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah, enhancing the leisure experience for in-house guests.

Strengthening Dubai’s Global Tourism Status

According to Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, the project reflects Dubai’s ambition:

“Ciel represents a landmark development that reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for tourism and business travel. Standing at 377 metres, the all-hotel tower will redefine upper-upscale hospitality, blending innovation, luxury, and creativity through its striking design, world-class amenities, and breathtaking vistas.”

With record-breaking features, luxury dining, and its prime location in Dubai Marina, Ciel is poised to become a new icon for both residents and visitors.
