Careem To Pay Back AED1 Per Minute If Your Food Is Delayed

UAE is huge on technology, and the country has tons of apps to offer for its citizens and residents. However, if there’s one app that everyone uses, it has to be Careem. From paying phone bills to ordering weekly groceries and food and paying for laundry, flowers and more, Careem has got you covered for everything. And now, from May 8th, the app has introduced a new policy. If you don’t receive your order on time, you get AED 1 back for every extra minute you wait. Read on to know more about this new policy.

The Offer Is Valid From May 8th To June 8th, 2023 Only

As per the new deal, if you place an order and it’s delayed, Careem will pay back to you. The maximum payment per order is AED10, and the sum will be transferred directly to your Careem Pay wallet as soon as possible. You can then withdraw it to your bank account or spend it within the app; the choice is yours. Now if you think this offer is forever, you must know it is only there for a limited period.

The offer is valid from May 8th to June 8th, 2023, and restaurants with ‘basic tracking’ are not part of the promotion. Besides, the app also specified that the order would only be considered late if the ‘actual delivery time’ exceeds 1 minute beyond the ‘estimated delivery time’ (as displayed on the app once your order is confirmed).
