Exciting news emerges from the heart of Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene as Banyan Tree Group, in collaboration with Ennismore and Dubai Holding, unveils plans to transform Bluewaters Island’s hospitality landscape. The standout announcement reveals the rebranding of the iconic Caesars Palace as “Banyan Tree Dubai” by November 2023, marking a new era of opulence.

A New Paradigm of Luxury

Banyan Tree Dubai will redefine luxury with its 179 rooms, including 30 lavish suites and a remarkable four-bedroom villa boasting a private entrance, pool, and beach. At the heart of this transformation lies a strong focus on wellness, highlighted by the signature Banyan Tree Spa. The spa will feature a dedicated reception, relaxation area, gym, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, private mini rainforests, hydrotherapy pools, and treatment rooms – all designed to pamper guests into a state of bliss.

Banyan Tree Dubai: Gourmet Delights

The resort will tantalize taste buds with five exceptional restaurants and bars, crafted through a unique collaboration between Ennismore’s in-house F&B concept studio, Carte Blanched, and Banyan Tree Group. Expect a culinary journey that transcends borders and palates.

Luxurious Residences

Banyan Tree Dubai will also offer 96 private residences, featuring one to four bedrooms. These residences will have their own dedicated lobby, an outdoor swimming pool, and exclusive access to the hotel’s world-class facilities, promising residents a lifestyle of unparalleled luxury.

A Strategic Partnership

This exciting transformation is made possible through a long-term strategic partnership between Accor and Banyan Tree Group, initiated in 2016. Banyan Tree Dubai will be operated jointly by Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore, following a successful operational model applied in Banyan Tree La Cigale Doha, Qatar, and Banyan Tree AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
