If reports are to be believed, Anurag Basu has found his leading lady, and it’s none other than Sreeleela! Originally conceptualized as Aashiqui 3, this film has been in the news for all the right (and mysterious) reasons. After Triptii Dimri’s unexpected exit, fans were left wondering who would step into the role. Looks like the search is over.
A close source spilled the tea, saying, “Anurag Basu’s next is already generating a lot of buzz, and the speculation around the cast only adds to the excitement. It is said that Sreeleela – the south sensation – is all set to be paired opposite Kartik Aaryan. It will be an interesting pairing to watch out for.”

Director Anurag Basu had earlier mentioned that the film’s shooting is set to begin in March and that the female lead would be finalized in a week.
