In her recent post for L’Oréal Paris’ Stand Up campaign, Aishwarya delivered a bold message. Speaking out on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, she urged women to look harassment straight in the eye.
“Street harassment. How do you deal with it? Should you avoid eye contact? Absolutely not. Look the problem head-on. Hold your head high. Feminine and feminist. My body, my worth. Never compromise your value. Do not doubt yourself. Stand firm for your worth. It’s important not to blame your clothing or your lipstick. Remember, street harassment is never your fault,” Aishwarya said with the elegance only she can command.

On the work front, Aishwarya continues to add accolades to her already sparkling career. She was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan 2, the epic saga directed by Mani Ratnam.
