The celebrations for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant kicked off on July 12 in Mumbai. The wedding festivities began with the auspicious Shubh Vivah, followed by the Shubh Aashirwad on Saturday, and the Mangal Utsav (aka the wedding reception) on Sunday. But the party didn’t stop there! Monday saw another fabulous reception, this time a more low-key affair for close associates, high-level employees, and the ever-present paparazzi.
From Bollywood bigwigs to international celebrities, the who’s who of the glam world showed up to shower blessings on the couple. While the initial events were all glitz and glam, the final reception provided a more intimate vibe, making it the perfect setting for Akshay and Twinkle’s elegant entrance.
The Comeback of the Year
Akshay’s appearance was particularly noteworthy as it marked his first public outing post his COVID-19 recovery. Twinkle, who had been in quarantine with him, was the perfect partner-in-crime, and together they looked every bit the power couple we adore.
From twinning outfits to their undeniable chemistry, Akshay and Twinkle’s appearance was a highlight of the evening. They truly showed that love and style can conquer all, even a pesky virus!
