Ajay Devgn is dusting off his pagdi and bringing the madness back in Son of Sardaar 2, and this time, the chaos is double and the comedy is wilder. Joining the laughter riot is none other than Mrunal Thakur. The Sardaar is back with a bang, and the first look poster just dropped like a desi-style mic drop!

Call it a sequel or call it a full-blown laugh-a-thon, Son of Sardaar 2 is not just a follow-up, it’s a full-scale dhamaal fest! Ajay Devgn is slipping back into Jassi’s shoes, and if the poster’s anything to go by, he’s neck-deep in trouble again.
The title itself, The Return of the Sardaar, already screams mayhem, but the new visuals? Pure Punjabi power. Loud, vibrant, chaotic, and totally unapologetic. From the looks of it, this one’s going to be a wild ride through flying kicks, quirky chaos, and dhol beats that don’t quit.
Mrunal Thakur making her Sardaar debut? Say less. She’s about to bring fire to the madness with a combo of elegance and energy. While Ajay Devgn brings the brawn and brain, Mrunal adds the sass and sparkle, this duo is giving full-on Bollywood blast vibes already!

The cast lineup reads like a desi comedy Avengers squad: Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Chunky Panday, Neeru Bajwa, Kubbra Sait, Deepak Dobriyal, Vindu Dara Singh, Roshni Walia, Sharat Saxena, Sahil Mehta and the late Mukul Dev, whose presence is sure to bring both laughs and nostalgia.
Presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, the movie is produced by Ajay Devgn and Jyoti Deshpande. With director Vijay Kumar Arora at the helm and a script that promises laughs, punches, and possibly a little emotional drizzle too, this one’s gonna be a full paisa vasool entertainer.
If you thought the first Son of Sardaar was a laughter storm, just wait till this desi tornado hits theatres. The film is all set to release in theatres on July 25, 2025.
