Ajay Devgn-Kajol’s Daughter Nysa Devgan To Step Into Films? Here’s What Manish Malhotra Said

In an era where Gen-Z Bollywood royalty is snatching the spotlight faster than a red carpet selfie, from Janhvi Kapoor to Ananya Panday, fans are buzzing with one big question – When is Ajay Devgn and Kajol’s daughter Nysa Devgan finally stepping into the filmy frame? Looks like fashion czar and Bollywood’s fairy god-uncle – Manish Malhotra, just gave us a hint!

Nysa Devgan to Make Her Bollywood Debut Soon?

Nysa Devgan, the genetically blessed daughter of Ajay Devgn and Kajol, served major dulhania-core in a blindingly beautiful golden and pink brocade lehenga, courtesy of Manish Malhotra’s magic wand. But it wasn’t just the outfit that turned heads, it was that caption: “Nysa Cinema awaits you.”

And just like that, Bollywood fans turned into a detective agency.

Within minutes, the comment section became a digital red carpet. Kajol came through with heart emojis like the proudest mom ever, while BFF Orry chimed in with “Can’t wait for your debut,” practically confirming what we’re all thinking.

With Kajol as Her Mom & Ajay Devgn as Her Dad- Bollywood’s Practically in Her DNA

Nysa was born into Bollywood royalty. Her mom, Kajol, is basically cinema gold – from melting hearts in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, slaying with attitude in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, to going full-blown intense in Gupt and My Name is Khan – she’s done it all. Meanwhile, her dad Ajay Devgn is the man, the myth, the masala-packed movie machine, with blockbuster hits like Tanhaji, Drishyam, Singham, and Raid to his name.

Like, come on. If cinema had a legacy filter, the Devgans would be it.

While everyone was ready to cast Nysa in their dream debut, Kajol recently hit the brakes on the hype train. Speaking at the News18 Rising Bharat Summit 2025, our favourite feisty queen made it crystal clear – Nysa’s not Bollywood-bound. At least not yet. But, maybe she’s ready now. Looks like we can only wait for an official confirmation.

While Nysa continues to slay fashion circuits and airport looks like she’s already a movie star, her entry into cinema seems to be on an indefinite pause or maybe just a very well-guarded secret? Either way, the industry’s got its eyes locked and loaded on this star kid in the making.
