From “lip fillers” to “forehead tweaks” and “too much botox,” the internet had a whole thesis ready. But when the paps cheekily asked her about the trolling, Mouni served the classiest mic-drop moment ever.
Her reply? “Kuch nahin. Dekhti hee nahi. Let everyone do their jobI do not pay attention to such remarks. If you hide behind a screen to troll others and if you find happiness in that so be it.” She told the trolls to do their job while she minds her fabulous business. That’s how you handle drama.
The buzz started sizzling after Mouni popped up at the trailer launch of her upcoming horror-comedy The Bhootnii. Fans were hyped, but some couldn’t help but notice her oh-so-different avatar. But, the comment section didn’t go easy on her. Some guessed she got a lip job, others thought her forehead looked “too frozen,” and a few just typed “surgery gone wrong.”
What’s next for mouni?
In The Bhootnii, she transforms into ‘Mohabbat’ – a spooky, seductive ghost. She’s not alone in this creepy caper! The film also stars the Sanjay Dutt, comedy king Sunny Singh, internet fave Beyounick, Palak Tiwari, and the hilarious Aasif Khan.
Set for an April 18, 2025 release, this one promises laughs, scares, and Mouni turning up the heat – ghost-style.
