Abu Dhabi Marathon To Take Place On December 16, Registrations Are Now OPEN

Are you in great shape? Or is becoming fit your goal for 2023? If yes, start training hard since the famous Abu Dhabi Marathon is back in December 2023. Organised by Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) and ADNOC, it will take place on Saturday, December 16. The fifth edition of the marathon will focus on sustainability, with several initiatives focused on minimizing the environmental impact of the event and reducing waste. Read on for all the deets.

Early Birds Can Avail of a Discount Of Upto 30% On Full Marathon Tickets

Fitness enthusiasts can partake in the 42.2 kilometres run, whereas, if you don’t want to commit to the full marathon, you can participate in the relay, 10k, 5k and 2.5k races too. With over 20,000 participants in 2022, the registrations are now open for runners. Visit ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon website and book your slot now. To ensure you are fit enough to participate in the marathon, the authorities will launch a free eight-month training programme after Ramadan. Led by experienced coaches, sessions will take place across the UAE to help runners of all levels prepare for their chosen distance. Besides this, several mini-races will be held before the grand marathon. The first community race will be on September 2nd and will be a shorter-distance indoor run. The second event will be on October 7th in Al Ain, and Yas Marina Circuit will host a half marathon on November 4th. So what are you waiting for? Hurry, register right away!
