Global Village Season 30 in Dubai to Open on 15 October 2025

Dubai’s most-loved multicultural destination marks its 30th season with extended dates, new pavilions and fresh experiences for families.

Global Village Dubai will reopen its doors on 15 October 2025, welcoming residents and visitors to its 30th season. The event will run until 10 May 2026, offering more than six months of food, culture, entertainment, and shopping.

This year’s edition is especially significant, celebrating both 30 years of Global Village and 20 years at its current Dubailand location, where it moved in 2005. Over the years, the attraction has transformed from a small cultural showcase into one of Dubai’s most popular family destinations.

Expectations from this season

Organisers are promising a bigger and brighter experience for Season 30. Last year, more than 10.5 million people visited the park, setting a new record. The milestone edition is expected to introduce:

  • New cultural pavilions representing different parts of the world
  • Fresh food and beverage concepts, including kiosks, coffee shops, and open-market stalls
  • Exciting live shows and concerts featuring both regional and international artists
  • Thrilling carnival rides and attractions for all ages

With over 30 pavilions showcasing 90 cultures in the previous edition, visitors can anticipate new additions to mark the anniversary year.

A multicultural family experience

Global Village has always been more than a leisure destination. It reflects Dubai’s multicultural identity, offering visitors the chance to explore global traditions, cuisines, and products in one space. Families can enjoy evening strolls, shopping, dining, and stage shows, all while experiencing the diversity that defines Dubai.

For entrepreneurs, the event also creates opportunities to showcase food concepts and retail brands to a diverse audience. Registration for vendors has already opened, giving local businesses a platform to engage with millions of visitors.

Dubai loves Global Village

Global Village started in 1997 as a small pop-up during the Dubai Shopping Festival at Dubai Creek. It later moved between Oud Metha and Dubai Festival City before finding a permanent home in Dubailand. Over three decades, it has grown into a seasonal highlight that resonates with both residents and tourists.

Its longevity lies in its ability to evolve—adding new cultures, new flavours, and entertainment every season while remaining affordable and accessible.

Plan your visit

Global Village will run daily from October to May, with evenings being the most popular time for visits. Families, couples and groups of friends will find something to enjoy, whether it’s tasting street food, shopping for souvenirs, watching live performances, or trying adrenaline-packed rides.

The extended season gives residents plenty of time to plan multiple visits, especially as new experiences are expected to be rolled out throughout the six-month run.

As Dubai prepares to welcome back Global Village Season 30, the milestone year promises more cultural exchange, food discoveries, and family entertainment. With the opening date set for 15 October 2025, it’s time to plan for a season of memories at one of the city’s most enduring attractions.
