Unlike conventional yoga classes, this session invites participants into the water. Floating breathwork combined with restorative yoga offers a unique feeling of calm, supported by the gentle embrace of the pool and the open night sky. The format encourages relaxation, presence, and a release from everyday pressures in an intimate setting limited to just 15 guests.
thy.self, the London-founded wellness community, is guiding the experience. Known for its accessible and inclusive approach, the platform bridges culture and self-care, ensuring participants feel welcomed regardless of background or level of practice.

The 60-minute programme blends breathing exercises and restorative yoga postures, all designed to calm the nervous system and create a deeper sense of balance. Floating in the water adds a feeling of weightlessness, allowing both body and mind to let go.
Once the session concludes, participants can continue the evening at Ginger Moon, W Dubai’s poolside dining destination. Each ticket includes AED 100 credit, redeemable against dishes and drinks from the à la carte menu, giving the event a social flavour that extends beyond the wellness practice itself.
