Alia Bhatt Reveals Raha’s Love for “Naatu Naatu” Dance, Showcases Her Cute Moves at Jigra Event – WATCH

There’s a new diva in town, and she’s already stealing hearts! We’re talking about Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s little munchkin, Raha! While her famous parents are busy ruling Bollywood, it seems like Raha has found her own way to make headlines with her adorable dance moves. And guess what? This pint-sized cutie has an obsession with Naatu Naatu from RRR. Could she be any cuter?

Raha’s Love for ‘Naatu Naatu’ Is Too Cute to Handle!

During a promotional event for her upcoming film Jigra, Alia Bhatt couldn’t stop gushing about Raha’s newfound love for the blockbuster song. “Naatu Naatu actually plays in my house every day. Raha, my daughter, loves Naatu Naatu. She plays the song and says, ‘Mama, play Naatu Naatu,’ then we play the song, and she says, ‘Mama, come here,’ and she makes me stand against some support, and then we do the step.

And while the little one hasn’t quite mastered the dance yet, she’s definitely got her own moves going on. Alia Bhatt revealed that Raha’s even seen her mommy perform Naatu Naatu at an award show and now insists on watching the clip on repeat. She then added, “Obviously, she doesn’t know how to do the step, but she has seen my clip doing Naatu Naatu from some award function and says, ‘Show Mama’s video doing Naatu Naatu.”

Hyderabad Welcomes Alia Bhatt with Open Arms

Alia Bhatt is currently on a whirlwind tour to promote Jigra, and after a stop in Delhi, she headed to Hyderabad, where she got some major support from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. At the event, Alia couldn’t help but gush about the Telugu audience. She said, “Telugu audience are superior in loving good films. Everyone else comes next. And that is why we released Gangubai [Kathiawadi] and Brahmastra in Telugu. And now, Jigra and I am really hoping that the love I received in the last couple of years also goes to our little film, Jigra. Vasan sir said it earlier that Jigra means courage. But, Jigra is also somebody who you love a lot.”

What’s Jigra All About?

If you haven’t caught the trailer yet, Jigra follows the story of a fierce sister, Satya, played by Alia Bhatt, who will go to any length to save her brother Ankur after he’s arrested for a crime. Directed by the super-talented Vasan Bala, this intense drama is already making waves with its gripping plot and emotional depth. Produced by Dharma Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Alia’s own Eternal Sunshine Productions, Jigra promises to be an emotional rollercoaster. Set to release in Hindi and Telugu, you can catch it in theaters on October 11th!

What’s Next for Alia?

Besides Jigra, Alia’s calendar is packed! She’s got YRF’s Alpha, their very first female spy movie, lined up for a Christmas 2024 release. And let’s not forget about Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus Love and War, where she’ll be sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. Looks like Alia’s all set to dominate the big screen for the next couple of years!
